Taeyeon was involved in a car accident. 

According to reports, Taeyeon crashed into a 3-Car accident today (November 28th) around 8:10PM . 

The Mercedes she drove collided to the K5 taxi in front of her and the taxi hit the Audi vehicle right in front. 

Taeyeon was moved to the hospital due to chest pains and the taxi driver has also been transported to the hospital. 

SM Entertainment announced their official apologies on behalf of Taeyeon's accident. They announced, "On her way to a personal appointment, the accident took place due to careless driving. We send our sincere apologies to the other drivers and passengers and will proceed our best in the following post-accident procedures. Taeyeon is now at home resting and is not injured. Our deep sorry goes out to everyone."

Taeyeon is now preparing a Christmas album for December.
