Welcome these four lively girls who are just starting their debut in the K-POP scene, 'Hey Girls'. Jandi, Siyeon, Heesu, and Daun are the four members of the group and made their debut last month in November. 

Here's the interview with the girls. 

1. TELL US ABOUT THE TEAM

Jandi: We're 'Hey Girls' who just debuted with our first single, 'No One But You'. Our group is very lively and multi-dimensional. Sometimes we're chic, sometimes we're bright but all in all, we're very energetic. 

2. TELL US ABOUT EACH MEMBER

Jandi: I'm the leader and vocal of the group. I'm also the 'strength' of the group, as in the physical strength. I'm in control of the members. 

Heesu: I'm the 'baby' Heesu. As the sub-vocal of the group, I always call myself the baby of the group. 

Siyeon: I'm the rapper of the group and my nickname is Squirtle, the Pokemon. People used to say I looked a lot like Keroro when I was younger. 

Daun: I'm the youngest of the group and the main vocal of the group. 

3. DID YOU ALL MEET AS A TRAINEE? HOW WAS THE DEBUT PROCESS?

Jandi: Heesu, Siyeon, and I worked as a team named 'Black Queen' for a long time. We joined the team through an audition and as we got a new name, 'Hey Girls' we met Daun. Daun was a trainee. 

4. WHAT WAS THE FIRST IMPRESSION LIKE?

Daun: I first saw Jandi after finalizing to join the group. She looked really strong. 

Jandi: So cute! I saw her auditioning for Hey Girls. I first thought she was a cute baby but was surprised after seeing her sing. She's very charming. 

5. HOW ARE YOU AS A GROUP?

Jandi: As the leader of the group, our members are the same on and off stage. We click together pretty well. Siyeon and Heesu I've been working with so long so it's natural for us to get along well but Daun also blended into the group well. She seemed to be shy at first but not at all after getting close. 

Heesu: That's right. Our team has a great atmosphere. We hear it all the time. 

6. WHAT ARE YOU LIKE WHEN ALONE?

Heesu: I'm serious when serious, and bright when bright. 

Jandi: When I'm alone I'm quite of an introvert. I think a lot. But when with members I'm a cool leader. 

Siyeon: I don't like getting tired or low when with the group so when everyone seems down, I tend to speak a lot. 

Daun: I've heard that I'm different from what I seem at first a lot. I'm shy at first but really the opposite once you get to know me. 

7. 'NO ONE BUT YOU' WAS RELEASED, TELL US ABOUT THE SONG. 

Jandi: First of all the song is about having a crush on somebody in each of the member's own character. Overall it's a very confident song. It starts with a harmony in the beginning and then a hook. The song is quite of a unique style of beat compared to other girl groups. I sing the chorus of the song, 'I put on a spell' lyrics that's alluring. 

Heesu: The song has two killing parts. the 'I put on a spell' and 'No one but you, you, you'. I've taken one of the crucial parts by singing 'No one but you' in a jolly way. 

Siyeon: I'm on the intro part, 'It's time to go Hey Girls!'. Then it leads to the rapping part of the song. I also do the ending part of the song, 'do you love me baby'. 

Daun: Since I'm the main vocal, I take on the high notes. 

8. THE CHOREOGRAPHY WAS DONE BY YOURSELVES, HOW DID THAT WORK?

Jandi: I first took on the overall arrangements and the members fixed some on the way. 

Heesu: If Jandi starts on the basic structure of the moves we add on to it. I loved it ever since the first time seeing it. 

9. FUTURE PLANS?

Jandi: We're still on scheduling stuff but we will be performing live as well as on TV. We're confident in doing anything from eating to going to the wild. 

10. HOW DID YOU GET TO WORK WITH THE AGENCY NOW? 

Jandi: When we were Black Queen, we had a song titled 'Nolja' and we met with the producer again.
