The '2017 MAMA' successfully ended showing exclusive stages only performed for the big Asian Awards. 

On December 1st, the 'Mnet Asian Music Awards in Hong Kong' was live streamed through Mnet's channel. This year being held in Hong Kong, 'MAMA' was overwhelming the crowd with its never-seen-before lineup and events. 

The highlight of this year's 'MAMA' was definitely the collaboration stages of artists. Dynamic Duo and EXO's Chen opened the Awards with 'nosedive' and GOT7's Jackson, NCT127 Mark, Monsta X Jooheon and SVT's Vernon joined to perform '1/n' altogether. 

Not only were the singers in shape, but actors and actresses took part in the global event. Song Joong Ki, the host fluently ordered the show while Lee Young Ae, Kyon Yul, Ahn Jae Hyun and more stars came to celebrate together. As time went by, nominees and winners were revealed. One of 2017's hottest rapper Heize won the 'Best Hiphop & Urban Music' Award while Hyukoh Band won the 'Best Band Performance'. 

Sunmi and Taemin's special stage is still viral across the net even when the event ended. Both artists have proved their career as solo artists this year. The two performed each of their hit song, 'Gashina' and 'MOVE' captivating the audience. 

BTS followed in receiving the 'Best Music Video' Award and thanked their fans and the music video director. As BTS ended their words, Heize and Bolbbalgan4 hit the stage to ooze some music. 

For 'Best Collaboration' Dynamic Duo and EXO Chen won the honor while Sunmi took the 'Best Style' Award. On went the show with GOT7 and DAY6's joint performance. 

For the second part of the show Red Velvet, NCT127 and producer Hitchhiker collaborated on stage. NCT127 first performed '7th Sense' and 'Cherry Bomb'. Red Velvet followed by performing 'Peek-A-Boo', 'Red Flavor' and ended the special stage with a special dance performance to Hitchhiker's DJing with NCT127.

For 'Best Female Group' Red Velvet won the honor. An interesting way of announcing the nominees was performed by Jung Se Un. He strummed the guitar by singing all songs of the nominees in order to introduce them. 

After the red carpet event, BTS won the 'Best Asian Style' Award. It was a special trophy presented by the votes of fans. 

After BTS, EXO took hold of the stage performing Ko Ko Bop and Kai did a solo performance. The last finale for the second part of the show was also EXO's turn to break down 'Power'. 

For the third part of the show, Wanna One started with 'Nothing Without You'. On with 'Beautiful' 'Energetic' and 'Pick Me', Ailee was the winner of the next award. 

BTS' stage was also greatly exciting. Performing 'Not Today', and 'DNA' the group also did a 'BTS Cypher' with RM, Suga, and J-hope. 

For the grand 'Artist of the Year', BTS' name was announced and the group thanked their fan club. For 'Album of the Year' EXO proudly got up on stage to be crowned and also thanked their entertainment and fans.
