To Yangwon Station's Observatory

This is a train ride where you can grasp a breath of nature, the Baekdudaegan Mountain Range Canyon V-Train.

Feeling the breeze flow through your fingers and cheeks liberates the soul at once. The freely gliding wind melts away the sorrowed hearts from the city even before you know it.

V-Train's popularity got Bunchun station busy up in the mornings too. It's the most often found station out of all the touring trains. The reason this non-A/C, non-heated train is so popular is because it offers the ultimate train ride experience.

If you really want to enjoy the V-train ride, we recommend you riding at the back, at the last locomotive. Watching the train trailing ahead at your seat is already an exciting start of the journey. Unlike most trains, glancing out the gigantic windows of the train will have you reminiscing the station behind already. Gazing off until Bunchun station is out of sight, the V-Train leads you to a locomotive experience that turns back time.

An endless field and valleys appear as the train departs from the station. Enjoying the passing scenery already may be enough, but feel free let your hand. Touch the breeze and go a bit further by pushing your face out the window to inhale a deep breath of the picturesque nature. The curvy rails take you side to side like a roller coaster ride too!

At the Bidong Elevator where the Chermat-Gil begins, people who came for the trekking course gets off. Taking the V-Train from Bunchun to here and then walking back to Yangwon is an easy course you can also enjoy. After letting the passengers hop off, the train continues on by crossing the Chul-gyo Bridge. Try looking down the train as it crosses the bridge. It's not an easy view to take being up so high.

At Yangwon Station you can taste cup-makgullis and grilled pork skin. But remember the train only stops for ten minutes. Within the brief minutes enjoy as much eats you can and dash up to the observatory to witness the view. The short time limit will keep you running all over the place but the view and makgulli are truly worth the sweat.

As the train starts its engine again, stars appear inside of the train. The glow-in-the-dark stars start illuminating once the train passes a tunnel, changing the train into a world of stars and people can't stop holding their breaths over it.

From the trekking course that follows along SeungBu station, there are two roads: the Nakdong River Sepyoung Bikyoung Gil, and the Nakdong Jungmek Trail area 2. You can hop off here to enjoy trekking or travel to Chulam, Bunchun, Youngju, etc according to the train schedule.
