[MHN] Time, a U.S. Newsweek magazine, announced the lists of the world’s 100 most influential people in April 19.

Prior to this, BTS ranked first in the survey '2018 Time 100 Leaders', thereby they showed their online popularity.

In the final count that is accounced on April 17, BTS got 15% supports and ranked first.

However, BTS was not included in 'the world's 100 most influential people' in this time. 
In 'the world's 100 most influential people', there are a Republic of Korea president Moon Jae-In, a snowboard player Chloe Kim, a tennis player Roger Federer, Nicole Kidman, A British actor Millie Bobby Brown, Kim jeong-eun who is a chairman Workers' Party of north Korea, a Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe, a China president Xi Jinping, a U.S. president Donald Trump and so on.

In last year, a Newsweek magazine 'Time' mentioned BTS when they select '25 Most Influential People on the Internet'. 
About the reason of selection, Time said, "BTS maintained its crown for a 27th week in 'Social 50' that count total sum from other platforms, beating Justin bieber and Selena Gomez. This is very impressive achievement as an artist."

On the other hand, BTS is a idol group that RM, Suga, Jin, J-hope, V, Jung-kook belong to.
